ASK conducted the Training Engagement for Sanad Program targeting staff at the Medical Specialty Centre in Qatar for the goal of empowering the leaders at the Centre with the knowledge, strategies and skills such as mentoring, coaching, leadership and motivation skills to effectively conduct their new roles as mentors and coaches.
ASK’s Instructional Designers designed and developed the content of the coaching and mentoring module. The module focused on providing appropriate, practical and unique training for participants. The module was implemented through interactive and hands-on professional development workshops. The workshops focused on developing participants’ attitudes, skills, and enriching their knowledge so they can better fulfill their roles as leaders, mentors and coaches.
At the end of the program, participants were equipped with the necessary competencies and positive attitudes to employ their mentoring and coaching skills and excel in their roles while contributing to their workplace and community.
